What full sublimation does that embroidery and screen print cannot

Most branded company apparel in Canada is embroidered or screen printed onto blank stock, and both methods put hard limits on the artwork. Embroidery re-draws your logo in thread, so gradients flatten out, fine text below about a quarter-inch fills in, and a digitizing fee is charged before the first stitch. Screen printing charges per colour and per screen, which is why a five-colour brand mark costs noticeably more than a one-colour one, and why nobody screen prints a photograph.

Full sublimation works differently. The design is printed as a single full-colour image and bonded into the fabric with heat, so a gradient, a photograph, a five-colour crest and a one-colour wordmark all cost exactly the same. There is no screen setup, no per-colour charge and no digitizing fee. The print sits inside the fibre rather than on top of it, so there is no raised patch or plastic panel to crack or peel.

It also means the whole garment is printable. Branding is not restricted to a left chest and a back panel — artwork can run across a shoulder, wrap a sleeve or cover the entire piece edge to edge. What we make for companies

Everything is cut and sewn to order in Mississauga, Ontario, which is what makes the range flexible rather than catalogue-bound. The regulars are jerseys and performance shirts, hoodies and crewnecks, coats and jackets, polo and band-collar styles, plus the smaller pieces that fill out a kit — reversible headbands, bags and accessories.

Because nothing is pulled from blank stock, colour is not limited to what a supplier happens to hold. We colour match to your brand rather than picking the closest available garment, so the navy on the jacket, the hoodie and the shirt is the same navy, and it is your navy. Mixed orders work the same way: one design can run across several garment types at once, so office staff, event crew and warehouse team all read as one brand without wearing an identical shirt.

Ordering for a company: artwork, sizing and timing

There is no order minimum. A three-person shop and a two-hundred-person company go through the same process, and neither pays a setup fee. Initial artwork is free: send a logo, a rough sketch or a description and our designers build the concept for you. Names, numbers and role text are included at no extra charge, so putting an individual name on every garment does not change the price.

Timing is the part worth planning around. Initial concepts come back in three to five business days, and production runs about four weeks from the point you approve the design. That is a made-to-order timeline, not a warehouse-and-decorate one, so it suits work with a known date — a conference, a season, a launch, a uniform refresh — rather than a shirt needed on Friday.

Practically, that means starting six to eight weeks out from the date you need the gear in hand. Sizing runs are worth settling early too; our size charts cover every garment style so you can circulate measurements before the order is placed rather than guessing at a size run. When sublimation is not the right answer

It is worth being straight about this, because it saves everyone a quote cycle. Sublimation needs polyester and a light base. If what you actually want is an embroidered cotton pique polo, an oxford or twill button-down, a canvas work jacket or a heavyweight cotton tee with a stitched left-chest logo, that is a decorated-blank job and we are not the right supplier for it.

Nor are we the fastest. Shops that decorate blank stock can turn an order in five to ten business days because the garment already exists; ours is being made. If the shirt is needed next week, buy it from a shop holding inventory.

Where we are genuinely hard to beat is the combination other suppliers cannot offer at once: full-colour and all-over artwork, made in Canada, with no minimum order. The Canadian manufacturers who also sublimate typically require fifty pieces per colour and design before they will run a job.
