Custom Business Shirts
Custom branded shirts for companies — band collar, quarter-zip, full-button and full-zip styles, printed edge to edge in full colour and made to order in Mississauga, Ontario. Built for trade show booths, launches, client visits and company events rather than boardroom dress codes. No order minimum and free initial artwork.
These are not dress shirts, and that is the point
Worth setting expectations immediately: these are not oxford or twill button-downs, and they are not embroidered cotton pique polos. Those are woven cotton garments that sublimation physically cannot print. What we make is branded performance shirts — polyester, full-colour, cut and sewn to order — in business-appropriate styles including band collar, quarter-zip, full-button and full-zip.
That distinction decides whether we are useful to you. For a boardroom dress code, buy a dress shirt and have it embroidered. For a company that needs its people identifiable and on-brand at an event, a launch, a booth, a client site or a company sports day, a sublimated shirt does something a dress shirt cannot: it carries the brand at full strength, in full colour, across the whole garment.
The band collar styles are the usual starting point, in 3-button or quarter-zip and full-button or full-zip. They read as business casual at a distance while still being a printable canvas.
Booth staff, launches and anywhere you need to be found
The clearest case for these shirts is a room full of people where yours need to be picked out. On a trade show floor, an attendee is scanning across a hall for someone to talk to, and a small embroidered chest logo is invisible at that distance. A shirt with brand colour across the whole body and a readable mark on the back solves a practical problem, not a cosmetic one.
The same logic applies at product launches, open houses, conference sponsorships, client site visits, dealer days and recruiting fairs. It also applies to the moment after the event, when photographs go out: a coordinated team in full-colour brand shirts photographs as a company, while a mixed group in assorted polos photographs as individuals.
Because there is no minimum, staffing a two-person booth is as workable as outfitting a forty-person conference team, and Custom Convention Uniforms covers the larger multi-day version of this.
Matching a brand exactly, not approximately
Brand teams tend to care about this more than anyone else in the buying chain, and it is where blank stock disappoints. When a garment is bought from a catalogue, you get the closest available colour — and the closest available navy in a polo is rarely the closest available navy in a jacket or a hoodie, so a company's apparel drifts out of alignment over a few orders.
Made-to-order sublimation removes that problem. Colours are matched to your brand rather than selected from stock, so the shirt, the outer layer and the hoodie carry the same colour, and they carry it again next year. Full-colour logos reproduce as designed: gradients stay gradients, and the fine text in a logo lockup stays legible instead of filling in the way it does in thread.
Send whatever you have — brand guidelines, a vector logo, or just the files you use day to day. Initial artwork is free and our designers do the rebuilding. How Custom Shirts in Canada Help Your Branding covers the branding side in more detail.
What ordering looks like
Free initial artwork, concepts back in three to five business days, revisions until you are happy, then roughly four weeks in production once approved. No minimum, no setup fee, and names or titles on individual shirts at no extra cost.
The one thing to respect is the calendar. Made-to-order means the timeline starts when you approve the design, not when you place the order, so a shirt needed for a show in three weeks is not going to happen. Six to eight weeks ahead of the date is comfortable; for a recurring annual event, ordering right after this year's show for next year's is the easiest version.
Collect sizes using the size charts before ordering. When you are ready, use the free design form, or contact us if you want to talk through a multi-garment rollout. See also Corporate & Promotional Gear.
What is Full Sublimation printing for church team shirts?
Full sublimation for church team shirts is a printing process that uses heat and pressure to transfer dye onto a fabric. This process allows for vibrant, long-lasting colours and designs that won't crack or fade over time. With full sublimation, the entire garment can be printed, including areas that would typically be left blank such as seams, collar, and cuffs. This creates a seamless, all-over design with a greater range of colours and shades; perfect for photographic or gradient designs. Full sublimation is the highest quality printing option for custom designed clothing, gear, team shirts, sportswear and more.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long do custom church team shirts take?
It typically takes us just 4 weeks to create your custom church team shirts domestically, at our factory in Mississauga, ON.
What printing method is used?
All products at TeamGear are 100% sublimated. In full sublimation printing, all components of the configured design (colors, numbers, motifs, etc.) are transferred to the material using a special heat pressing method.
For this reason, no cotton products can be sublimated, as they would start to burn. We therefore use 100% polyester for most custom products. The material is easy-care, breathable and durable for long term wear.

How does sizing work?
We have Mens (Adults), Ladies & Youth sizing available for most products.
Our sizes follow North American standards, so they are more true-to-fit. The Mens/Adult sizes are a straight body cut, while the ladies are slightly tapered at the waist to provide a trimmer fit. We recommend going with your typical size.

Do you need to bring a design?
Absolutely not! We have a team of custom shirt designers & custom logo designers, who are incredibly skilled at delivering your design from any example - whether it's screenshots of images, hand-drawn or just a concept.
What is the advantage of sublimation?
The sublimation process is superior to traditional printing, vinyl or flock for several reasons.
- Full design freedom without restrictions
- 100% breathable, since the product is not subsequently glued on
- 100% colour fast, even after the 100th washing cycle
- Durability, since the print does not become brittle or break
Can you colour match?
Absolutely. If you have colour codes, just let our team know ahead of time and we'll use those for your designs.
Note that the colours may appear differently on your screen than on fabric, as cellphone screens and monitors are all calibrated differently. Read more about colour matching in our blog post here.
